To round out the randomness of this site, this page is where i’m starting my second brain. I find I come across too many interesting things, and I have too many scattered places where I try to keep track of them. Hopefully, a page on my own little corner of the internet will provide the solution i’m looking for.
My Lindy Library
I came across the idea from George Mack. Probably my favourite writer and thinker at the moment. With the idea being to have a place to store the ideas and content that you’ve come across that you are likely to revisit. Its a bit of Lindy-ception as his Lindy library in itself is something I would like to return to frequently.
The Lindy library
Read more about it from the man himself, here is his and the inspiration for mine.
I like a lot of the things that George writes, but I will list my favourite separately.
High agency
I came across George and this idea in this Chris Williamson podcast, and it made me realise to what extent we have control over our environment.
You can also read more about it here.
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant
Few books have influenced me so immediately to take action. Ive come across more and more content that emphasises the importance of taking action, but for some reason this book did it for me. Perhaps it was the priming from everything else Ive consumed prior. The best part is, all this wisdom is available for free here.
Another great thing about the book is that it recommends even more great books.

Toggle Track
A couple or years ago while struggling to get through my workload, i started wondering where I go wrong and how colleagues deal with time management.
I decided to start tracking my time, like meticulous tracking. Mainly to see how much time I spend on “breaks” like coffee, toilet and getting snacks. Additionally It provided tremendous insight into how many hour I actually spent at work in a week.
Both aspects were an eye opener to say the least.
